For albums GO;
Most of the times, items are not on hand. We will collect order first, and then secure the order from kseller. The usual ETA is usually 1-2 weeks. Items will be shipped from seller’s house to KR warehouse to MY warehouse to admin’s house. Please don’t ask for updates 3-4 days after I secured the order. Keep in mind that items will have to be shipped from two different country. If you can’t wait, please buy from local seller instead.For MD GO;
Every group order for MD will be pre-order. We will write the estimated date for websites to start shipping. Please check the masterlist before asking us for an update.

3 payments in total.

1st payment : The price stated in the tweet or post. No payment made within 24 hours after I send payment notice will automatically counted as cancel order. This is to avoid any unpaid claim.
Example, RM24 exc EMS and local postage. Your 1st payment will be RM24.2nd payment : EMS payment. Example, “Your EMS is RM20.” Then you only have to pay RM20 first. Please do not pay any postage fee yet. Please complete your EMS payment withing 2 days to have your items delivered asap.3rd payment : Local postage.

EMS and local postage

All prices stated for our group orders do no include EMS and local postage. EMS is not local postage. EMS is the international shipping fee that has to be paid to the warehouse.EMS for albums are usually RM10-RM25
EMS for MD are usually below RM10, except if the items are heavy such as hoodie or photobook, or glass cup.

Local postage / shipping fee

We use Shopee and Easyparcel for postage. Packing fee RM2.80 has to be paid as well to have your items delivered in box, wrap in honeycomb paper.Shopee;
